The strong rumour is that the DVD will be released to coincide with the new series (for marketing reasons) hence it is likely to be released in March 2006. It is now very unlikely to be released before Christmas we're afraid to say because Channel 4 would have had to let retailers know by now if they were bringing the DVD out for Christmas - and they haven't.
